sonicLAB previously introduced VOLBot (an audio modulator) in 2019, and now offers its MIDI equivalent. Compositional practice involves organizing sonic layers across DAW tracks.

There are no practical solutions or an engine to creatively manipulate these synth sound sources / DAW instruments on multiple tracks at once with a common gesture in real time.

The VOLBotM is exactly filling this gap with a generative engine for composers.

A Fleet
of Bots

VOLBotM is a super LFO (Low Frequency Oscillator) generating up to 4 modulator signal iterations simultaneously for MIDI CC destinations.

The distributed plugin architecture allows controlling multiple DAW track instruments in real time. Stochastic control waveforms drive the modulation with server/client communication across tracks.

Variation intensity is controlled through stochastic distribution, making each instance unique while following the master gesture.
